In the event that you are unhappy with your goods, you may return them for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Items of clothing must be returned unworn and undamaged and with all the original labels attached. Please be aware that we will be unable to refund any item which is damaged by make-up stains, perfume, deodorant or any obvious sign of wear. We therefore ask that you take care when trying on clothes, so as to avoid any of the above.
We aim to process returns within 48 hours of receipt. Please be aware, however, that during busy periods this may take a little longer. Refunds will be re-credited to the debit/credit card used for the payment of the order within 30 days of our acceptance and processing of the returned goods. Please note that where an item is not faulty, original postage charges will not be refunded.
We take great care to check every item before it is despatched but in the event that your goods arrive damaged we will be happy to offer you a replacement or a full refund.

Return/exchange of SALE items:
Please note that the exchange period for SALE or special promotion products is 7 days from receipt of delivery. Returns will only be refunded to the value of the SALE/promotional price.
We are not liable for postage for returned items unless an item is faulty. We recommend that you use either Royal Mail special delivery or a service which will insure you for the full value of the item returned. Please retain the proof of postage form from your shipper.
